Take out your axles and send them to you local machine shop and have 5 on 4 1/2" lugs put in them and add this disc brake kit. We are able to do the machine work in our shop for $110.00 per axle plus shipping. It includes rotors, caliper, mounting brackets and hardware. 14" wheel minimum.
